The program installs as a new button in the Internet Explorer toolbar - whenever you need foreign characters, just hit the ieKeyboard button and it pops up our keyboard. Select the language you desire using the Language/Layout Selector key present on ieKeyboard. Position the cursor in the input field where you want the text to appear and ... start typing.
