The Wordpress CSV Datafeed Plugin The Wordpress CSV datafeed import plugin allows you to rapidly create a website using the power of Wordpress as a framework, directly from affiliate datafeeds. Using this plugin it is possible to create a fully functioning website in a matter of minutes. Unique Design The unique design of this plugin means that you do not need a great deal of technical knowledge to create a good site. If you can use wordpress, you will have no problem with the plugin. Simply upload your affiliates datafeed CSV file and the plugin will look at it, work out the data structure, and present to you the columns in that CSV file. You can then build a template for the posts to be created from the plugin using the template builder tool, and once you are happy with your post template you can submit the file to build the posts. If you get an updated CSV datafeed, you can re-upload it and use the unique key assigned by the plugin to update all your posts. If you simply want to update the post template, you can and the plugin will run through the posts updating them all with your changes. The plugin is only limited by the size of file you can upload to your server. It has been tested with Affiliate datafeeds with upwards of 25,000 products in it Features * Create unlimited number of websites * No Programming Skills required * Interprets CSV files detecting their structure * Creation of your own post template * Visual and HTML post template manager * Insert images and links into your posts * Updating of existing posts with a new datafeed file * Creation of Categories from your datafeed * Post into multiple categories * Creation of Tags from your datafeed * Use with any Wordpress template * Create 1,000's of posts in one go * Can be used with other wordpress plugins Usage The Plugin is very simple to use, and requires no technical knowledge: * Upload a CSV file via the plug-ins upload system. * The plug-in analyses the CSV file and finds the fields * The plug-in assigns a ref to each column (for example #1#, #2#, #3# etc) * You use the ref to build a post template - this includes categories and tags. You place the ref (in the format of #1#) where you want that field to be shown in your post. You can put your own static text round each field, create links, insert images, make things bold, italic, etc. * If the CSV file you imported has a unique column, you can assign this to each post, which means that you can subsequently update the template or upload an updated CSV file and it will update any posts that match the unique ref. * You tell the plug-in to go and build the site and it uses your template to build a post for each line in the CSV file |
