Cynthia: "It was a beautiful summer day in Redondo Beach. The ocean was a deep blue and my brother Mark and I were swimming out in the breakwater. We became very excited when we saw 4 dolphins swimming towards us. They actually stopped and played by us for about 20 minutes. They surfed in the waves and it seemed as though they were smiling. It was a truly enchanting experience and I savored every moment. Soon after this magical day I composed Behold the Dolphin. I love the ocean and it is very inspirational to me." |
