You don't have to install TrayPING, just copy to the selected folder and start TrayPING.EXE. You can also start from a USB-Stick, then all configuration is saved to the stick, no changes are made to the guest PC! You can store computernames which are resolved by DNS or WINS, fixed IP addresses by type a leading dot to the Name, or a website like you type in in your browser. Define intervals how often the nodes should be checked by TrayPING. Observe your network, TrayPING keeps you informed if machines still responding. |
