JspISAPI is an ISAPI dll which runs under IIS 4.0 onwards to tunnel java/tomcat requests to Tomcat web server running on same machine.

Advantages Over Other ISAPI rewrites:
1) Other rewrites just redirects browser request
2) Since browser makes another request on redirected address, total two requests are made by browser, thus doubleing the load on server
3) No support of SSL by rewrites
4) No support for bandwidth and process throttling
