Q1: I have many files to convert. How can I import them simultaneously? It means I want to import many files by one time.
A: You'd better put all your files into one folder and open it with our software. Multi-selection is available by pressing "CTRL" key and highlight them at same time.
Q2: Why cannot I import my FLAC files?
A: To import your FLAC files, please set "Files of type" from default setting (Supported Files) to "All files", then you can see your FLAC files in the folder and import them.
Q3: I want to encode the music from an AVI file, but I get a noisy result. What should I do?
A: Different AVI files may contain different codecs, compressing methods, such as mjpeg codec, which would not provide a good quality. Our another product ImTOO MPEG Encoder can detect the codec of the file and convert it from one codec to another, such as to mpeg4, with better quality.
