This is an incompatibility fault and not a fault of the seller. Using the Download Box ensures that your customers are able to get your download right away. Once you enter their information on your Control Panel this software will know that they have paid. Customers will then be able to download from using the Download Box in this listing.
Depending on some email accounts the customer may also receive an email containing your downloadable link, but it sometimes ends up in their Bulk Mail, Spam Blocked or ends up getting bounced back. AOL and Hotmail users may not receive an email with their download link. That's why we have put the Download Box in this listing, so that your customers can get your download automatically via email.
