Larynx is a speech server and announcement system for Windows.
Larynx accepts announcements via email or the command line, and audibly announces them and displays them on screen.
Originally designed for alert announcements within a Network Operation Center (NOC), Larynx has also proven itself to be an effective replacement for PA systems within small businesses, as well as an excellent tool for any situation in which automatic text to speech capabilities are required.

Remailer is a rule-based mailing system designed to serve as a central hub for business alerts and notifications.
Remailer polls POP3 mail accounts and collects the email messages contained within them. Using rules that you define, Remailer then resends those emails via an SMTP server, altering content and destination as required.
