Ask Questions!
During regular business hours, questions are usually answered in real time. And all questions are answered within 24 hours. On each page, there is a tab titled "Ask" where you can ask questions. If there is a specific sentence or paragraph that you don't fully understand, just paste it into the field and click Ask A Question. The course will first search its database of questions that have been asked by students in the course. It will then present any answers that may have been previously written on the issue, and it will relay the question to us.
Monitoring
The course monitors your progress and directs you to weak areas that you need to study more.
Versatile:
You can access the courses from any computer at any time, and you have 6 months of access to your course.
Feedback
When you answer a question, you are told immediately whether you answered it correctly and you can elect to return to the question, view a solution, or proceed to the next question.

Your performance on the exercises and tests is saved and you may review your performance and check solutions at any time. You can also check your ranking based on all students taking the course. How cool is that!
