Fixes:
-Unable to read SIM network identity values
-Radio automatically turned on after sleep/resume [Win 7]
-Cannot register to network in Win7 VAN UI for a while after resuming from S4 (with SIM PIN disabled)
-No re-scan after installing drivers [Win XP]
-HW installation (USB enumeration) does not take place unless the Found New Hardware Wizard is manually cancelled
-GPS autosensing does not work
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
