ipInterceptor is a TCP/UDP trace utility designed for developers, QA teams, support staff and administrators. Unlike other TCP trace utilities, it captures and re-assembles packets into related SEND/RECIEVE conversations, which is how a developer would want to see it. ipInterceptor is especially useful for Web developers, or anyone that wants to capture and analyze TCP/UPD traffic on a local workstation or server. It produces log files that show either raw data, or file CSV output with very granular response time numbers for each conversation. It graphs IP traffic and shows data in either TEXT or HEX format. Users can filter by IP or port.

HttpTracer is a web tracing
program that captures communication between a browser
and web server in the native HTTP syntax. HttpTracer
acts as a local proxy and captures HTTP browser
Requests and the Server Responses (including headers,
response codes, html, java script, css files, xml,
graphics file names, etc.). HttpTracer breaks up
browser session into request/response conversations
and shows all text commands and data returned to the
browser. It shows response times as well as the
number of bytes transferred. Use this information to
build automation routines, capture file transfers,
measure response times, and analyze web applications
network traffic.

DbStatMan is tool for showing real-time graphs/reports of almost all performance related items available in Oracle databases. It run on any platform that has JRE/JDK 1.3 or above. It is easy to use and shows you real time deltas from most of the counters in Oracle. It is also has a SQL spy option for capturing SQL as it runs. It also has a very handy session monitor.
