This second version of our electronic book teaches C++ as the language is implemented in Borland C++ Builder. The intent of this ebook is to prepare the reader to the Visual Component Library (VCL), which is the library used to visually create Windows graphical applications. This ebook doesn't teach how to create Windows Graphical User Interface (GUI) applications.
Rather, it lays all the necessary foundation a reader would need before moving to graphical applications design, which makes this book unique, very indispensable and unavoidable.
This ebook is based on Borland C++ Builder and its programs were tested on versions 5 and 6.
