Are there shreds of papers strewn about with inventory scribbles needing a detective to find them and a code decipherer to read them? The "Tour Merchandise Inventory" is designed and targeted specifically towards the entertainment industry. Whether you're a local, regional, or professional entertainment group; traveling zoo; corporate sponsor or endorsement; if you sell merchandise, or if your inventory has gone out of control - THIS PRODUCT IS FOR YOU! Especially suited for those US groups who travel abroad, with the complete Currency Conversion utilities, THIS PRODUCT IS FOR YOU! Any one from amateur to professional who sells merchandise can use this inventory control workbook - even if you've never sold merchandise or done inventory before. This Demo is a great introduction to organizing your merchandise while on the road, although there's nothing like the real thing! When you count your products at the beginning of the day, you just put those figures into the workbook. Include any percentages being taken out, charity, and bankroll. At the end of the night, just count out what's left of the products. This does all the math. It tells you how many of each size and product were sold; converts all percentages into currency and tallies the amounts; and in the end it gives you how much the House gets, and what the Net is. Beyond that, it provides charts for year-at-a-glance views of products sold and nets, plus shows daily doses for Management, Merchandise Company and others. Best of all, there are complete currency conversion sheets - converted sheets of the USD pages you use for data-entry. Choose from 240 countries and their currencies to convert to. | 12.Tour Merchandise Deluxe |

The 'Deluxe' version features Automated Currency Conversions. It always knows your originating currency for the tour, and notates for both the origin and foreign currencies and codes into your reports. You can change the Origin Currency for every tour or leg. Selecting currencies has never been easier! All you really need to know is the country. The drop-down menu contains over 240 countries and nearly 260 currencies and codes. With the Auto-Complete feature, you can start typing the country and the menu will shorten accordingly and even finish it for you! Once you've chosen a Country, you select the Locale (world location) it provides. Whatever Currencies are available in that location appear in the Currency menu. With your currency decided, the next menu gives you the Currency Code for the selected Currency. As you can see, there's really not much you need to know - it does the thinking for you. Sometimes you'll need to include tax with the sales price. This can get interesting, especially when doing conversions. If $1 USD = 0.83273 EUR (Euro), you probably won't want to sell at 83 cents! You're able to put in whatever foreign sales price you want, and it automatically converts everything back into your originating currency for you. It'll show you the base price, plus if you have any tax included (tax amount and the base plus tax). It does this for your foreign amounts as well, and always displays whatever your Active sales prices are (in whatever your origin currency is and the foreign currency). There is always a notation that "1 EUR = 1.20087 USD" for example. It's always good to know the reverse exchange rate. And for the easy way out, you'll enjoy the currency exchange calculator. Simply enter what price you're wanting to sell at (of either currency), and it calculates the conversions for you. The Conversion Calculator lets you enter "15" (for example), and it will tell you that 15.000 USD = 12.491 EUR, and that 15.000 EUR = 18.013 USD (based on the previously entered conversion rate). This is a very quick and efficient tool for coming up with conversion calculations and sales prices on-the-spot. The Alert Centre provides three tiers of notices for three types of inventory when it's running low. There are three tiers for Warehouse Stock levels, three for On-Hand Supply levels, and three for a Total Inventory. You need to know how much you have in Stock, how many you have On-Hand available for sale, and what the total inventory for each product is (the combination). If you provide 100, 75, and 40 for alert levels, you will have a different message notifying you that stock has reached a certain level . Each tier has a color-coded text message (Alerts = Orange, Cautions = Pink and Warnings = Red). When your stock supply is empty, it tells you that it's been Depleted. Features Include: * LOADED with Smart Tips * Conversion Calculator for quick, reliable conversions and sales prices * Over 240 Countries; 260 Currencies and Currency Codes * 3-Tiered Alert Centre Matrix for 3 types of inventory * Color-Coded matrix warnings alert of several combinations of low inventory levels * Email the Reconciliation Totals in both the Origin and Foreign Currencies * Auto-Complete typing in fields and menus * Two Sales & Reconciliation printouts for the Originating Currency * Two Sales & Reconciliation printouts for the Foreign Currency * Print manual count-sheets with or without products pre-printed * An endless amount of products can be stored in the database * Print M&IE Reports (track your Federal Per-Diems) * Find a County, Check Domestic & Foreign PD Rates online * Track your Salary, Buyouts, PD, with Running Totals * Store Venue, Promoter, and Promoter Rep contact information and photos * Store 2 Maps or Photos per Venue * Email or Call the Promoter, Rep or Venue from your computer's software * And so much more...

Designed specifically for the touring entertainment merchandiser, the 'Pro' version is an incredible companion to any one's laptop who's doing merchandising on the road. Whether you're the salesperson or tour manager, the organization and self-calculating features will leave you wondering why you haven't latched onto this before! When keeping inventory on the road, it's usually divided into two categories: Stock and On-Hand supplies. On-Hand supplies are what you count in that's for sale every day. Stock is the remaining bulk amount that's kept in the trailer, bus bay, or wherever. This is your 'Warehouse' (hence, 'Warehouse Stock'). No need to wonder when it's time to re-order; the Alert Centre reminds you of this whenever your Stock, On-Hand or Total Inventory (the combination) get below levels that you've set. If you provide 100, 75, and 40 for Stock alert levels, you will have a different message notifying you when that Stock has reached a certain level . Each tier has a color-coded text message (Alerts = Orange, Cautions = Pink and Warnings = Red). When your stock supply is empty, it tells you that it's been Depleted. These three notices also apply for your On-Hand supplies and Total Inventory, as stated. There's even a notice to let you know when you've counted more items Out than you counted In (this helps for mis-counted items). Features Include: * LOADED with Smart Tips * 3-Tiered Alert Centre Matrix for 3 types of inventory * Color-Coded matrix warnings alert of several combinations of low inventory levels * Email the Reconciliation Totals * Auto-Complete typing in fields and menus * Two Sales & Reconciliation printouts * Print manual count-sheets with or without products pre-printed * An endless amount of products can be stored in the database * Print M&IE Reports (track your Federal Per-Diems) * Find a County, Check Domestic & Foreign PD Rates online * Track your Salary, Buyouts, PD, with Running Totals * Store 30 photos a day; View & Print in Biggie-Sizes * Store Venue, Promoter, and Promoter Rep contact information and photos * Store 2 Maps or Photos per Venue * Email or Call the Promoter, Rep or Venue from your computer's software * Open website URL's * And so much more...

| 14.Pyro Tech Pro |
22/Jun/2007 |
While many technicians have made Excel spreadsheets to list their cues in the past, this new software keeps better track of Cues, Controllers, Devices, Tours, Per-Diems and your Salary; complete with a Tour Schedule and M&IE Report. Pyro Tech Pro was designed with the touring pyrotechnician in mind, as well as doing one-off shows. First you create a tour by simply filling in the artist, tour and leg into the Tours database. You can add to the list of Controllers and Devices when you use something not in the list yet. When you create your cues, all you do is select from drop-down menus. Assigning a Controller for the Cue is done by a menu. When you select a Device, you choose a category such as 'Gerb'.
