Within 1 business day (likely much sooner) you will receive a call from us to install the 'Trans-Plans'. Using the Top Producer Data Conversion Wizard, we will upload 'Trans-Plans' into your TP account. You don't have to do any downloading or importing. You then need to wait for TP to do the data conversion. It can take up to 24 hours for it to 'come up in the queue'. When it does, you will receive an e-mail from them telling you they are about to do it. The conversion for 'Trans-Plans' only takes about 5 - 10 minutes. You will receive another e-mail after that time period, stating that the 'Trans-Plans' have been installed. |
