Agenda4us is a simple, easy to use Calendar application that makes keeping track of all your events quick and easy. It is complementary to the Nokia Communicator built-in calendar application and its support for multiple profiles can be used to manage events for a group of people. Using Agenda4us user is able to:
- Add events in many different ways
- Manage events for multiple profiles
- Purge past events
- View event list for all profiles
- View individual events easily
- Events can be entered easily by importing them from external text files. The program comes with several country specific holiday lists that can be imported directly. Additional event files can be downloaded from our website at www.softtrends.com.
- Add/Edit option can be used to enter one time or repeating all day events quickly and easily. Supports many event types such as Anniversary, Birthdays, Holidays, Vacation, Festival, and Important schedules.
- Events can be entered and managed for multiple users (profiles) such as a small group of people, family members etc.
- Flexible viewing allows viewing event list for individual profile, all profiles, or single events
- Purge option list past events that can be selectively deleted by the user.
