Beyond Remote Support is used by support professionals to invite customers to a remote support session via e-mail, instant message session or via a link on your website. When the customer clicks on the link, they run a "mini-version" of the Beyond Remote Host with the support representative's connection information embedded in the application. There is no installation of software and no interface for the customer. When they click on the link, they initiate the connection to your support technician who is immediately able to take over the customer's computer. |
